Information We Collect

When you request a quote, apply for a position, or contact us, we collect the information you provide — such as your name, company, email address, phone number, job-site details, and any documents you attach.

How We Use Your Information

  • Respond to your inquiries and quote requests
  • Arrange first aid, safety, and MTC rental services
  • Consider employment applications
  • Communicate about our services
  • Improve our website and measure our advertising

Information Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to outside parties. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website or servicing you, as long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.

Analytics & Advertising

We use the following third-party services to understand how visitors use our website and to measure the effectiveness of our advertising:

  • Google Analytics 4 — collects anonymized device, location, and behavior data. Data is retained for 14 months.
  • Google Ads — tracks conversions from our advertising campaigns and supports remarketing. When you submit a quote request, your hashed email and phone number may be shared with Google to improve match rates ("Enhanced Conversions"). Raw values are never sent.
  • Microsoft Advertising — tracks conversions from our advertising campaigns and supports remarketing via the Microsoft UET tag.
  • Microsoft Clarity — records anonymized session interactions (clicks, scrolls, mouse movements) to help us improve site usability. Personal information visible on screen is automatically masked. Data is retained for 1 year.

For more information, see Google's Privacy Policy and Microsoft's Privacy Statement.
